CSM is a market research agency specialising in customer and staff insight.  We are based in a rural setting in Almondsbury, 15 minutes North of Bristol.  No rush hour traffic, lots of free parking.  Our client portfolio includes High Street Brands, Emergency Services, Councils as well as a host of local businesses in Bristol and Bath.
