CSM is a Socially Responsible organisation which is underpinned by our core values,  our actions are both scalable in growth and aligned to our vision of making as small an impact on the environment as possible.

Our Tangible Actions

• Web meetings to reduce carbon road miles,
• Low waste producer, our culture is a paperless office,
• 92% of waste by volume is recycled via Biffa scheme,
• Low power consumption,
• Collaborative networking to reduce carbon emissions,
• Promoting sustainable means of transport.

Our People

As an SME we know:

• Individually and as a team we can act to make a difference,
• That recruiting people that fit within this culture will impact our Environmental Responsible and Ambitions for forward thinking.

Local Business Community

• We support local businesses, as they employ local people and support the community,
• We ask every SME to strive for two new employees, to speed the UK recovery,
• We encourage our partners to support charitable and community projects where possible,
• We get involved with local events that support the development of young people in business,

• CSM supports one charity per year, rather than cash, we offer our expertise,
