In recent years, we’ve heard a lot about online video – whether its user generated content or promotional material created for websites – and about its value as a marketing tool. And whilst there’s a recognition that well targeted video may be useful on a website in helping to promote a brand or demonstrate a product, there’s still doubt about how effective it really is in persuading customers to adjust their behaviour in relation to goods and services.
