Ian has worked in the marketing industry for 22 years starting as a data analyst for Marks & Spencer before becomming Chief Marketing Officer at MM Group. In 2003 he founded Consumer Intelligence, now a leading provider of mystery shopping and benchmarking to the Financial Services sector.
His role gives Ian a fascinating insight into what consumers think and how companies respond to their changing expectations. As a result Ian has spoken at events in Europe, UK and USA.
